No problem can get used to those ab crunches…probably…the bench abs are a lot different to these tho been doing those for a year and leg lifts for 3yrs

is it better to switch to another ab workout after 1 week of doing this so my muscles dont get used to it? or i can continue doing this one for a month? this is a part of my daily routine + leg/butt workout and arms 🙂 i love it
