My problem is I look like I work out a decent amount but I haven't in years. Like my natural state is a four pack thicc thighs and pretty defined triceps. So people at the gym just think I'm an idiot who throws shit at the wall and hopes.

well as a 6foot 112pound 15 year old I would love to go to the gym but guess what I cant. I have no money no car and a fat uncaring father who thinks I'm stupid for wanting to gain weight and won't spend any money on things to gain. he also wont drive me to a job so I cant make my own money.

As a skinny teen i can say that he really is in my head, movements like overhead press that all i can handle is 2.5kg on each side of the bar… i feel so embarassed, in bent over row for example i feel so weird being afraid of doing the wrong movement and everyone watching me doing that is just AH WHY but i wont stop, someday i will see a guy like me and i hope i will be experient enough to help him and make him feel better
