I work out. Lift weights but only seem to get toned. Not much muscle gain, i weight 140lbs. I'm trying to gain weight as well as muscle. Any one have any advice on any meals I should be eating or workout routines. Any advise would be appreciated.

Guys. You must focus on compound exercises for mass while young. Squats, deadlifts, Bench press. When you're young you tend to fear getting too big and then stop training. Don't believe that because its the mistake many make. Once you reach 60 there are many things that will slow down and make it impossible to gain mass. At that point all you can do is force the existing muscles to get fuller and defined. Speaking from experience working out since 1975 with Navy Seals, martial arts, bodybuilders, and many gyms in my lifetime.
