Kegel Exercises For Men: How the Private Gym Program Works

Kegel exercises for men; the Private Gym is the first ever FDA registered pelvic exercise program for men of all ages. We worked with the leading experts in the world to develop the first fitness program to target, train and strengthen the male pelvic muscles.

This is my first day of being the new me after this workout I have realized I've got a long way to go…sweating buckets and also not Knowing that I have let myself down . I'm embarrassed to go to the gym or even work out outside because I think people are staring and judging me… I need to starting being a good roll model for my Children…Eating biscuits Crisps Chocolate Fizzy pop and the worst of all Takeaways is sending the wrong example to them today it STOPS!!!

Been depressed without a job for almost a year, have had suicidal thoughts and all… I now just finished doing this work out and I will try to do it everyday because I want to get better and I will get better. I think there's something wrong with me. My excersizes started making me go dizzy and I couldn't finish to the end so I tried this but even a really simple workout made my vision go black for a full 30 seconds and has made my ears ring and me feel really sick.

I regret the 4 years I stopped exercising frequently. This routine would have been easy but now I'm soaked with sweat and absolutely red in the face. Love it, I'll work my way up from here!
