I just can't understand why all exercise plans say that we should work longer on a full plank than an elbow plank! The full plank is much harder! Smh!

Aren't you supposed to rest like 2 days a week? I workout Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday (5x a week)

This is wrong workout a week a least for an hour. Then eat good meal to feed ur muscles. Then rest for weekend

Those are actually secondary efects. All the research from the last 50 years shows that the most important efect is the creation of new brain cells, and normal function of the brain in general.
